Zerjav Contracting Solutions did an amazing job on several projects in our home and business. They built a brand new closet, repaired the walls in our bonus room, and removed an old fireplace. They also built new half walls, handled all the drywall and taping, and added a small custom counter that turned out great. Outside, they built sturdy new steps that look fantastic. Everything was done professionally, on schedule, and with great craftsmanship. Highly recommend!
I recently called Zerjav Contracting Solutions for what I thought would be a simple drywall job in my 100+ year old farmhouse. The old construction ended up presenting several issues that made their jobs much more difficult. Rather than ignoring these issues (which weren't their fault) and slapping the drywall up, they took the time to fix them and make sure the job was done right. Without their extensive experience with remodels and other types of contracting work, this could have been a nightmare. Instead, I ended up with a room that looks great and still got done fairly priced and in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling them for my next project.
